My Collection

I don't know why I feel like sharing this with the world, except for the reason it hasn't been done yet! Click below to go to the sub menu, and each category is broken down even more from there.

You will find cards listed under several categories - for example my Petley corncob will be under both Petley and corncob. There are some bathroom/indoor plumbing cards scattered in too. Although I don't collect those in particular, Curteich has several in their series (and I HATE having missing cards in a series), or they are just plain funny!

Although chamber pots and outhouses are two different things with different type of humor, I think they are basically the same - something used if you didn't have indoor plumbing. To see my chamber-pot postcards, please visit my web site www.chamberpotcentral.com

Some of the sub-menu links will go directly to my "full size" scans. By full-sized, I mean 3" at the largest measurment. (Since I have over 400 cards, I don't want my husband's servers to burst at the seams, and web surfers dying of old age before the page loads). In categories that I have lots of cards (like LL Cook or Tichnor), the sub-menu will take you to thumbnails that you can click on.

Cartoon . Cartoon Postcards . The most common - corny illustrations and silly punch lines - gotta love it!

Real Photo .Real Photo . Outhouse postcards with photos instead of hand drawn. This includes linens that might look like they are drawn, but are actually considered a photo.

Miscellaneous Postcards Miscellaneous . This includes WW II cards, foreign cards, Ham radio, NPCW, Novelty (mechanical, leather, wood, etc), and chamber pots.
